I haven't heard anything about this for so long, that I forgot about it. But I certainly followed it when Tracy went missing, and then of course when they re-opened his 3rd wife's case.

Did they find Tracy's body?

Well it's about time. Guess he won't be doing that reality show.

A sicko and creep...it's about time! It took way too long..love the $20 million bail.

thanks be! hope that saves the life of that latest dumb girl...

you're right. it sure won't help tracy, but maybe the kids will finally be allowed to have a more normal life...

I thought he was already in jail?

I was glad to hear this on the news this morning. After all this time, it looks as if justice may be served.

Yeah!!! this is one oily guy, a total sicko. I think the latest bimbo who was 'engaged' to him, called it off by the request of her father. Good move!. Dottie

I'm glad they got him too. I don't think they've ever found Tracy have they? Maybe they did, and I missed it. But they re-examined his third wife and ruled it a homicide. I hope he gets the death penalty. You know how well they like cops in prison. He deserves it.

They haven't found Tracy yet. Nobody believes she ran off with another man (not even Drew!) A Grand Jury indicted Peterson in the death of his third wife, the one they previously believed drowned in a bathtub. They must have evidence to the contrary though we don't know what it is at this time.

This cold hearted killer will stay in denial through the trial and if and when Tracy's body is found he will fake shock and surprise at that as well.

I wondered why they had his mug on the Today Show, I saw it but was not able to hear it. . .I'm glad that he is finally getting what he deserves.

What is the story with his 1st and 2nd wives - are they actually alive and well?
Stacey's bones will likely turn up somewhere someday. I have no doubt he killed her, too.
I am relieved for her sake that the 24 year old he was engaged to has seen the light.

Don't get too excited. It's not over until it's over.

The bail may be lowered. The case will probably hinge on a new law in Illinois that permits use of 'from the grave' testimony -- deceased told others she feared for her life or that the accused told her he'd committed a crime. Then, since this will be the first test of the new law, there's immediate cause for appeal.

I hope they can keep him locked up until the trial and during any appeals. We are all sick of his smirking face and antics designed to prejudice as many potential jury members as he can.

I hope that he will get a life sentence without possibility of parole, forever stuck in the general population (who hates former cops, he was a cop) I hope he lives a long, long time - the oldest living prisoner in the history of prisons.

I hope that the last view we see of him is walking through the prison gate with that smirk FINALLY wiped off his face.

If, if course, he is guilty.

He gives me the creeps. So smarmy looking.

I hope he is found guilty and spends the rest of his life in prison. He can rot in he!!.

He is so cocky I just want to smack him! When he was arrested, on camera, he said, "I knew I should have returned those library books...." As though these women he is suspected of murdering were worth nothing!

I wonder if his mother is still saying he's her son and of course she supports him.

You have to wonder about all the women he has attracted in his life, even if they did all seem to be young and dumb. Weren't both Wife # 3 and Wife #4 intimate with him while he was still married to the prior wife? I remember seeing a brief interview with either Wife #1 or #2. Was one of those marriages only a few months long?

You may be thinking of Scott Peterson who is incarcerated for killing his wife, who he claimed mysteriously went missing in 2002. Her name was Laci. The two cases are often confused.

Drew Peterson has been arrested but not for the murder of his fourth wife Stacy.

Here is a link that might be useful: Scott Peterson
