OT- What's your favorite Gardening Magazine?
Comments (5)I like Mother Earth News. It isn't a garden magazine per say, but it does have nice articles about gardening, alternative energy, self sustaining stuff, and farm animals, health, organics, etc. I don't read that many magazines anymore because they articles are usually too short and undetailed and there are too many advertisements but the Mother Earth News has some unique and interesting ideas in it. I also like the Herb Companion Magazine because I grow a lot of herbs and stuff. Here is a link that might be useful: Mother Earth News...See Morefavorite magazine
Comments (29)"Don't be mentioning the drawers. I was going to pretend to be a normal person on this forum." Why, no one else is. : ) Glad you came over! You'll fit right in. And I'm doing great. My roses are all starting to bloom, which makes me extremely happy. DH is putting the finishing touches on the hutch area of the kitchen. What, you thought we were all done. lol! I will have new pics soon (I hope). Btw, we are thinking of a few morgue drawers for the laundry room. We are going to raise the W&D (front loaders - very deep) so I suggested to DH that we should put some drawers underneath instead of just a solid platform for them to sit on. He's game so I'll let you know how it goes. : ) Diana...See Moremy new favorite magazine
Comments (2)I only discovered it last year, because the issue had a painting on the cover that caught my eye; there was an article about the Gramercy Park Hotel in nyc, it was redecorated and it's amazing, have a look on their site; my brother dropped by to have a drink last fall and see the decor and you need reservations for the bar. I can imagine everyone wants to see, I know I'm heading there next time I'm in the big apple. Here is a link that might be useful: Gramercy Park hotel pictures...See MoreMagazine Rec: House Beautiful 500+ Favorite Paint Colors
Comments (12)That book looks great, but 500+ colors? Whew! That's not narrowing it down enough for me. I need someone to come into my house and say "Christina, paint this room X color. Let's drive down to the store now and buy the paint." :-)...See Morezeebee
