Does such an animal (sink) exist?

I am looking for, but haven't been able to find a:

30-inch

white enameled cast iron or fireclay

offset drain

undermounted (not apron front)

8-inch depth

sink.

I guess it's the depth that has me stymied, but due to short-ish arms and a bad back it is my heart's desire. Has anyone heard of a possiblity for me? I think I'd like to get a fairly well-known and reliable brand, but at this point I'd look at anything. I have a feeling I'm out of luck. (I don't like the grids.) TIA

We are using the Kohler Carrizo sink in our new build mud room. Haven't gotten it yet but have seen it in person at the store and it's lovely.
It meets most of your criteria. It's a single sink with two levels. it's 9' deep (of course if you undermount then you get another inch) in half of it's 33" and 4.5" deep on the other half with what is sort of a shelf.

I am thinking about the Riverby by Kohler. It's CI, 25", offset drain but a topmount.

yes there's a washboard along the front inner surface also i think new ones have an overflow along the back: " These drop into a 24"w kitchen cabinet (Ikea or otherwise), and the stainless-steel edge lines up with a square-cut countertop on adjacent cabinets. Very nice. Another option: use a 10" or so deep kitchen sink in a kitchen countertop - I'm doing that with an undermount D-shaped 10"d sink (which added to the countertop thickness, yielding an 11-1/2" deep sink), utilizing a solid-surface countertop removed from someone else's kitchen remodel. It will also cover the washer and dryer.

It might've been your email that made me start looking at these sinks. I looked at both of these, and the Kohler Indio is kind of what I'm interested in: It comes in a variety of finishes, not just stainless steel -- and it isn't gigantic. I think I know what it is that attracts me to these sinks: - Undermount sink with a "lip" that can hold a cutting board at countertop level, which means it has to be square (or square-ish) in shape. The other accessories are nice but not as nice as the cutting boards. - Large, but not outrageously huge. - Not industrial in look.

Of course there is! The Shaw's/Rohl Fireclay sink is one of the original classics (as it says on its logo, "since 1897"), and has an offset drain. It comes in 30" size as well as some other sizes. Note that Shaw's fireclay comes in white and biscuit colors, and as I recall, a lot of people like the biscuit cause it's a little softer looking than the white-white. I'll link an old thread about a quartz farmhouse sink - not the same as Silgranit, but an alternative material for an apron front sink nonetheless. Oops, I forgot to add "single bowl." And the Riverby is a bit too small... but thanks so much, anyway. I guess I'm going to have to tough-it with a deep sink.

What about the Franke Orka series, ORK110 model? 30 in single bowl white fireclay with the offset drain. That's what I wanted but I have a tiny kitchen and only have a 27 in sink base so it won't work for me. You can get the rack for the bottom to offset the depth and it has a side rack as well.

Oh, my neighbor has that sink, Catlover, and it's soooo pretty. But it's almost 10 inches deep and I don't love the grids. But thanks for trying to help me!

The Kohler Whitehaven is 9". It's a farmhouse sink designed to make maximum use of a 30" cabinet.
