Sorry about that, bamboo. Feeding the craze :-) And, this lady can't have a Dekopon. Dekopon is not available to the public. It is very, very tightly controlled right now, and only a small number of commercial growers in California are allowed to grow the Dekopon. If she has one, it's not a Dekopon. If she grafted it, she did so illegally. So, beware of that. The only possible way she could have a true Dekopon, would to have had this tree or budwood transported over from Japan before all the citrus restrictions were placed on imported citrus. Not even sure this variety has been around that long, even in Japan. And, we all know what happened here in Calif. with illegally procured budwood. UC Riverside is trying to procure Dekopon budwood themselves, from other sources, but have not been able to do so, yet. So, this also casts significant doubt about what variety this tree really is in my mind. Patty S.

Lin, several years ago, I spent some time researching plant patent and trademark laws, and came to the comfortable conclusion that as long as I was propagating for my own use, or to give or trade to friends, although illegal, that I wouldn't end up on the FBI's "Ten Most Wanted" list. I derive a certain pleasure from propagating plants from cuttings and since I haven't developed an over-powering feeling of guilt, or loss of sleep over it, I'm still happy with that decision. LOL At least I don't have to go to bed tonight still wondering what the rest of the Fly song is. ;o) I am surprised at how many of those silly songs there are. Leave it to you to know a whole list. recently the Brownie's SMILE song came back to me. "There's something in my pocket, it belongs across my face..." I never was much of a singer; couldn't carry a tune in a bucket (I think I had Henry's bucket!) You're right there is nothing like those old traditionals. My favorite, like yours, are the hymns from church.

I would love one. I have two raosters, but neither has the buffet insert, which I would love. Linda, it's a tray with three compartments that sits right in the roaster so you can keep three different items hot on a buffet.
