What's for dinner, Tuesday night?

Left over chicken cutlet over lettuce, tomato and cucumbers. Use Trader Joe's, yogurt and cilantro dip as my dressing.
DH had loaded potato soup (Progresso)
Anyone have something more exciting?

Not really! Leftover Chinese chicken salad for DH, leftover soup for me. You eat like we do, Ellendi.

Temps dropped 15 degrees in less than an hour, and everything is white. Glenda: There are some foods I could eat several times a week and not get tired of them. Pam: I haven't tried chicken tempura, but I'll bet it's good, especially with all the other dishes. Old Fixer: Steak and salad ----- any day of the week. Georgysmom, that catfish is going to taste good after all those salads! Enjoy! Mary, hope you get lots of rest tonight and your body feels better tomorrow. It's a pain getting old, isn't it? Shirley, send that storm our way--we are sorely lacking in rainfall this year. Stay safe and keep your eye on the weather!! Jasdip, you are the most clever cook! I wish I could improvise like you do. It all sounds good, but I would never have thought of putting it all together. Susan, that sounds really good. We don't eat much beef these days, and I sure miss it. Last night's prime rib was such a treat!! Raven, dinner sounds good, especially those snow peas. We haven't had enough green stuff this week! Need to remedy that.

Thanks everybody--I'm really hungry so I guess I'm over it (thank heavens). Shirley, I've got to learn to think smaller in the kitchen. Potato salad would be a good start. I don't use a recipe for that anyway. Most people don't I guess. Sounds like you had a picnic!! Georgysmom, we still have too many salads, but I couldn't handle them again today. Maybe tomorrow and then out they go. Did you decide on kielbasa or the chicken? Raven, we always split a baked potato even baked sweet potatoes. Fewer carbs for one thing. Mary, I'd go with the grilled cheese, I think. What do you put on your pasta? Glad it didn't rain on you today!!!

Glenda: Pork chops sound like just the right thing today. I love them. Jasdip: Your soup sounds good to me. Rotel would have been the crowning touch. Pam: Happy Anniversary. "Just steak" by itself would be good to me. It would be a bonus to add roll, potatoes and gravy. Rhizo: Good for you to get to eat out. I'll skip the sushi and go for some of their other dishes. lol Linda: Your meal tonight is one of my top ten favorites. Vegetable varies. Georgysmom: I don't think I could choose between the two meals so I'd have to have some of each. This was my kind of day. I hope all is going well for your husband. Nothing exciting here. Leftover ham heated with a leftover baked sweet potato. Greek salad as well.

the weather is so strange, last week snow... today, 78... so I am grilling! Burgers and veggies on the grill and cheesy tomatoes under the broiler.

This is hilarious....so many of us uninspired to be creative tonight. Robert made bacon and eggs for himself and I had a salad with bacon. :-)

Clean out the fridge night.

BD had patty melt and au gratin taters.
I had a few beef dogs and the last of the taters.
Kamren had a grilled chicken Caesar, his fav.
Kellan had left over spaghetti.

I've only been up an hour or so, and saw this thread and couldn't believe so many had already planned dinner. You'all got me. DH is gone for some days, so easy-peasy meals on the agenda here. Boca Burger last night.... most likely a salad and B-Burger again tonight. Beautiful Central Coast Strawberries for snack/desert.

Does that make me first today?????

I'm keeping my eye on the white flowers all over the Strawberry bed here!

We had baked leg quarters. Boring! Tonight may be Thai breaded chicken fillets. Or not. Maybe Chicken Kiev since the butter is already made for the centers. More likely than the Thai, now that I am thinking about it.
