Please help - If you have Pebble Sheen I need your advice
Comments (18)We also have Blue Granite PS. So far, it hasn't seemed too rough. As for the color, ours is still turning bluer. We have had water in the pool for approximately 6 weeks. It started out very green and has slowly been changing to the blue that we were expecting. From what I have heard, the kind of water you use to put in your pool will definitely affect the color also....See MorePebble Tec and Pebble Sheen with kids!
Comments (7)Diamond Brite will vary in price BIGTIME. If your entertaining one of their premium colors like Midnight Blue you'll find out the upgrade cost isn't nearly as bad as if your jumping up from a Blue or a Blue Quartz. The price per bag, at my cost, is nearly $20 more per bag on Midnight -vs- Blue. And a pool uses a whole bunch of bags. My suggestion is go with Pebble Tec/Sheen. Just-a-pb, I've always paid the same for Sheen-vs-Tec on all pricing levels. Is this a promo from the Mfg to the applicator on a discounted price per bag, or is it something your applicator is doing on his own to drum up more Sheen applications? See ya, Kelly...See MoreCost of Pebble Sheen vs Pebble Tec?
Comments (43)We are having our pool re-plastered and upgrading from the previous plaster to pebblesheen. We initially were looking at pebbletec and when we opted for sheen instead it was the same cost, no upgrade. I'm thinking you might want to check with a different company. There should not be an upsale cost between tec and sheen unless you are including additives that were not present in the tec....See MoreHELP! Majestic Plum Pebble Tec Photos?
Comments (15)Wow, I think these photos are great, and they really do confirm what I saw today...that this is a pretty deep color, especially in shade. can't-wait-to-swim, I would love to see some of your other photos, especially ones in sunlight (my pool is in sun most of the day) and with moving water. I sent you an email, or you could post them here, so everyone could check them out. THANK YOU!!! When I compared side-by-side photos of the Tahoe Blue pool and the Majestic Plum pool I saw in person this afternoon, the clear difference was that the Tahoe blue water has a greener tint, and the Majestic Plum is a cooler tone, a little "icy" looking, if that makes sense. Let me see if I can figure out how to post photos here, and I'll show them side by side. These 2 colors are really close...PebbleTec corporate told my pool company is is basically Tahoe, with a grayer water tone. Dead on....See Moreshweri
