thought about ordering but not after reading comments..

there was a topic about this bra here some time back (try the search). I hated it the thing rolled up so bad I thought it was going to become a necklace.

I did a search for bras but none there thanks

Thanks for your comments I'll pass on ordering them, Pretty soon they show up on the Walmart "as seen on TV " shelf and maybe then I'll try one .

I hate bras, period.

OH my gosh I hate bras too, and why can they not make one that us old people with bad arthritis who can no longer do contortions can put on! If my husband is not home to help me it is almost impossible. I now usually only buy sports ones that I can try to pull on over my head or some that hook in the front but truthfully have not had much luck with the front hooks they keep wanting to come unhooked at the most inopportune times.

thistledew, glad you enjoyed that! I know it is funny but it is true. Thank God I was still at home, I put the stupid thing on with the help of my husband (it is like trying to put on a second skin), got it all adjusted, then raised my arms up above my head to put my top on and boing there it went, boobs on the loose and the darn bra up around my neck. It has not been out of the drawer since. My husband pretty much was rolling on the floor laughing. It had to have been quite the sight! I was laughing too once I managed to get unstrangled from it.

I haven't tried Ahhh Bras.

Last summer I began wearing "running bras" by Champion. I think the style number is G9; I get them at Target.

I bought the first one on sale for $4. I was in a hurry so I didn't try it on. After wearing it all day long, I went back and gladly paid the full price, $16., for six more.

I love them. They don't roll up; they support very well (I'm no longer a "small" person anywhere!) and are oh-so-comfortable. They keep the girls contained, supported, and under control. No bouncing around, at all.

I can wear one of these running bras from early morning to late evening without once having the urge to rip it off. They do not have any buckles, snaps, hooks, catches, elastic bands or straps that cut. They are made of a thick, sturdy, stretchy cotton material and have a "racer back;" no sagging straps! You pull them on over your head.

Wearing these running bras is far more comfortable than going without one. They are truly comfortable. I can now answer the door without dashing around for underpinnings first!

Caroline, but do they give you a uniboob like most sports bars do? When that happens, the area just looks too unnatural and squished together.

I have a few Ahh-bras by Rhonda Sheer. The new ones seem thicker than the old style. I have both, but haven't worn the new ones yet - just got 'em. Don't expect much support but they're not bad for around the house when you just don't want them flapping around. They do roll up especially if you have any "below the bust" fat sticking out. I'll wear one over my sports bra when I'm out walking.

I have never been able to tolerate and pull on bra.......they are just too tight and too uncomfortable has nothing to do with right size or wrong size...... they are just uncomfortable and on more than one occasion I had to get help to unroll the roll that is created in back when trying to slip into one.

I am so glad this thread came back up because I just recently got a new bra that is with out doubt the most comfy easy to put on bra I have ever had. I had bought the same bra in the back hook style and liked it but then they came out with the same great bra in a front hook style, I got it immediately and have been wearing it often, It is great, does not come unhooked has soft padded shoulder straps and is light and comfy, it has not ridden up on me once which is a miracle! If you choose to get one be sure you do a google search for their coupon codes there are tons of them available.

my original back hook is the light pink, I have the heather gray in the front hook and just ordered the purple one and the black and white paisley one. I love the color options it was so hard to decide LOL

That looks like a comfy bra and if it doesn't ride up or give a uniboob, I might just order one.

it does NOT give a uniboob at least not on me at all. I have rarely found a bra that does not crawl up on me really bad but this front hook one has not. It is rare these days that I can put on a bra with out assistance, I can now with this one which is important to me.
The problem I always had with the pull on sports bras were that they come up so high in the front that they would show if you wore any type of v neck or slightly low neckline, this one is v-shaped in front so I can wear the lower necklines.

Raven's bra looks soooo very comfortable... but it just
doesn't look like enough support for my triple d's. LOL
I might have to check and see when they are on sale and maybe give them a try. Bet they would be good to wear to the hospital, huh? hmmmmm
