Remember all those threads about the Genie Bra & Ahh bra?

Well while I was in the hospital I watched those informercials several times. No one seem to know if they were any good or not so I decided to find out for myself.

I ordered both kinds, and LOVE them! Go get one or more. They are very comfortable, they don't ride up or roll. I would suggest you buy a size larger then the tee shirt top size they suggest, just to have a better fit.

I think I like the Genie bra better then the Ahh bra. The Ahh bra seems to be a bit thinner, and does not have the opening to put in the extra supports.

I now have 4 of them and will keep buying them. I got mine on ebay so I could decide if I like them. the cheapest one was $17.49 the most expense was $24 on a buy it now.

They are great to sleep in. I sure needed it when I was in the hospital!

I do have a link for a good price if you want more then just one. I may just buy another set and sell them on ebay when I get back home.

Joann, this is good to know. I especially like to hear you say "good to sleep in". I've been looking for something like that for when I'm on vacation or if I'm ever in the hospital again...any where I'm not in my own home and want to feel more secure yet comfortable.

Maire Cate, also good to know BBB has the Genie.

Bear, it feels good to have success with orchids that could of died, doesn't it? Great job with yours too. Jodik. You have always had confidence in me and I really appreciate that. Thanks for the offer Jeff! I am in Fredneck, ooops I mean Frederick :) I already ordered more pussytoes. They should be here by Wednesday, so hopefully everything will turn out ok. I will wait and see how this turns out and let you know if things get dire. So far I havent hand reared any cats. I have let nature take it's course. I want to give them the best chance possible though. I did put pop up hampers on my fennel last year, so I did protect a few. This year the plants are too big for that, so I don't know what I am going to do. Thanks again! Melissa @Coolbutterfly, I hope your plants turn out to be enough as well! I guess we will both find out how much is enough.

Congrats Betty! I have a noid pink and thought it might be a Frosty Pink, but now after looking at cali's FP (WOW!!!) am not too sure. Mine bloomed last month, but the heat dried the blooms up before fully opening. Just Friday, I was given a 3' brug cutting of a pink brug but also a noid so we will see what it turns out to be if I get it to root.

Sorry, no web site or pictures. I always do try to correct my spelling, thanks for noticing. I don't have a link, but 2 years after finding my first lining intact, I read an article from a borrowed newsletter,"the Gourd" spring 2001 page 8, (Ohio gourd society) that talks about repairing damaged shining lining. Lynw Sack cured them indoors-then using Enviro-Tex 2 part epoxy, as a inside sealer, which she said dries rock hard. and crystal clear. When you open the gourd, the seed with it pockets are stuck to the walls and can be carefully, slowly removed leaving the membrane (soft and whitish) stuck to the inside. Try it next fall with 10 gourds, by drying some inside the house, and see what happens.

I'll be heading to my local BB&B for a set of Genies. I've seen the infomercial many times. My last "good" bra is a raggy mess. I just need a little support and cover.

Where do they open,front,back or slip over your head?? I've been wearing the hanes sports bras,but i find they are too high,so i get out my trusty old seam ripper and remove the first 2 hook and eyes,then turn the corners down and tack in place on the sewing machine.

I don't really have anything to put in a bra these days except a few dog ears left over from the mastectomy,and i don't wear anything at home most of the time.but when i go out i like to be covered.

I did get the mastectomy bras,and the boobs to go in them,but i'm always hot,so less is more for me.
