Hi Lana, yes there is going to be 2 get togethers. The first one will be in Tampa on Feb. 7th. So far there is Mimi Boo, Sharon FL, Dances and myself. I know there are more people than that in the Tampa area but haven't heard anything from them. The second one will be over near Hobe Sound, which is North of Miami. I am hoping I can get in touch with April and Marion who live in that area. I am planning on driving over there for the day and Carol will ride with me. I also had hopes of meeting with Shequit (MK) while in Naples. She posted to one of my threads but I guess the email from the GW wasn't working. Hopefully she will write to me or give me a call on my cell phone which is the number she called me at last year. I didn't know that Summer and McCloud were going to Florida. I know that the temperatures have been down. If I had a bad back I think I would be flying instead of driving.

I am so happy that you all want to get together again. Getting together in Tampa and on the East coast would definitely be on a weekend. I hope that we can get others to join us. Hi Barbara, I am looking forward to seeing you again also. Hopefully we can get Sharon to join us and others in the Tampa area. Start thinking of a place that we can meet where we can sit and chat and have some good food also. The place we went to last time was really nice but I can't remember the name of it. Anyone else out there that wants to have some fun and get to meet folks from the KT?

YES, YES it's still on. I fly out at the crack of dawn on Friday. Dances and I will be in Tampa by 4:30. Going to spend the night at my cousins house about an hour away. We will be going to the FL State Fair Saturday morning and will go from there to the get together. We are both looking forward to seeing you and Sharon. Hopefully any other KTer's in the Tampa area will show up. Don't need to know in advance. The get together will be held at CODY'S on Hillsboro Ave just east of the Flea Market & Racetrack Rd at 3:30 on Feb. 7th. If anyone has any questions or need any further information please post it here and either Barbara or Sharon will help you out.

I wanted to bring this to the top again in case someone hadn't seen it. Judy said that people 2 and 3 hours away wouldn't come. Come on folks lets prove her wrong. I know that there are several who are coming from great distance but she was talking about the folks in MN that have never been to a get together. Folks these are really fun and you will be sorry if you miss out. Looking forward to meeting new people and getting to hug friends that I haven't seen in a long time.
