Another Naples FL get together post

As of now we have a total of 7 KTer's (counting myself) who are going to be at the get together at my folks house. I am wondering about Irishdancergram and also craftyc. You are both within 30 miles of Naples, we would love to have you join us. If you need a ride Gazania and her husband are available to pick you up and bring you home. Please contact me through the GW (hopefully it is working) or reply to this post. It would be a shame to be so close and miss out on a fun day. Is there anyone else in the area that I have missed? Come one come all to the Naples KT gabfest...lol

Make this tree go away! I have nightmares about these seedlings. If anyone wants one, my neighbor and I have about 8,000,000 growing in our yards. We paid to have a large tree in another neighbor's yard taken down, and it is better this year. I see some trees peeking over the fence in the yard of an abandoned house behind us. I really appreciate it! from NITA "I am flying out on Monday morning and wonÂt have computer access for this trip. I hate that my folks and my cousin donÂt have Internet. Carol and I are looking forward to meeting everyone on our Florida Tour. HereÂs the schedule of where we will be meeting everyone. Feb. 10th Cody's Original Roadhouse, 11202 W. Hillsborough Ave. , Tampa at 6 PM. Feb. 12th Lunch with Patti43 at her home in Ocala 11:30. Sat. 13th Whistle Junction, 3125 Columbia Boulevard, Titusville at 11 AM. Sun. 14th Pueblo Viejo Restaurant, 270 NW Peacock Blvd, Port St Lucie at 12 PM. Carol, I don't live in the City; about 20 miles west. It was fun to play hostess, tho! Mcmann, it was her first trip and something she said she dreamed about for 30 years. She told me it was magical, and I was incredibly happy for her. Those of us who live so close rarely see it through someone else's eyes...it was an honor.

Nita, I certainly do appreciate the invitation, but I'm not sure what's waiting for me in Ft. Myers...I don't know what plans my friend has made...She loves to surprise me..She'll say, bring your passport and ID, but won't tell me what's going on...I just know, on Feb. 3rd. I'm getting on the plane heading south...

Just to advise anyone who is in the Ft. Myers area, I have just 1 seat left now for anyone who might need a ride to the get together. DH, myself and carolswfl will fill the other 3 seats. Will be happy to pick you up if needed. Don't want anyone who is nearby to miss this just because of lack of transportation.

Nita: how nice of you to host this get-together...bet it will be fun. and yes, I am in Ft. Myers, but my mom came back with us at Christmas (from cold PA !) and is staying with us 'til this summer and my brother is coming down from Atlanta that weekend to see us, otherwise I would jump at the chance to meet everyone. Thanks for the invitation...hope everyone has a great time!

Crafty I am glad that you brother is coming to visit but sorry you won't be able to join everyone at the get together.

Maybe we will be able to do this again next year since I will be coming back again next February for my Dad's birthday. At our parents age you just never know how long they will be around and have to take advantage of being able to visit as often as possible.
