Does your lip gloss......

stay on???? Right now I am using "wetslicks" by Covergirl. It seems that it disappears soon after applying.

Are there any lip gloss products that have a longer staying on the lips????

I use Wetslicks too. But I find Clinique stays on longer.

My favourite is just the little Body Shop jars, or Lip Smackers (in the kids' section!) I find they taste good, last long, and they don't have that weird gummy feeling that some lip glosses have.

I have settled on Victoria Secret lip glosses as my favorites. The ones with color have just enough color to make a difference. It stays on, the taste is pleasant, and they are inexpensive. I have lots of them. I like them, too, because they come in a tube with a cap. I have had trouble with regular lipsticks turning to unusable goo in the warmth of our hot summers. As I get older I am aware that lipsticks are drying to my lips. They also look a little dated on older women. Here is a link that might be useful: VS lip glosses.

The gloss finish on Onyx Collection products is a very high grade polyester gel coat. The gel coat is applied to the molds and then the product is cast in afterwords creating a bond that will last forever (also stated in their guarantee). As for the matte finish. It has more of a dull or corian finish that is essentially the same process except the finish is sanded off (product is still sealed). The matte finish (a little more expensive with less color options) will show less water spots but as stated before the maintenance and cleaning of this product (both gloss and matte) is exceptionally easy! I am addicted to chap sticks, I have one on my keychain, several in my purse, several in the side table drawer where I watch TV, several in my desk here at home and several in my desk at work. My all time favorite to wear and smell was Redkin lip moisture lipstick, but they discontinued it. Sallys beauty supply sells some i like in different flavors, and Avons plain lip moisture is good too. I have tried them all and will use anything in a pinch. If I am out shopping or anything, and don't have something on hand for my lips, (as you can see is almost never) I will find the first store i can buy some at. Usually it happens when I am out of town, and not in my own car. Crazy huh?

Kudo, (the Gay Fashion Guy)says to put lip liner all over your lips then apply Gloss. Supposedly it stays on longer. I wear gloss, but when I wear my hair down, it sticks to my lips. Very annoying.

Clinique works great, I use Toffee Boost plump and Shine. It was a summer promotion color, so I bought three tubes so I'll have it.
The greasiest & stickiest mess ever is MAC gloss! Kathy

I use the kids stuff as well. I find it stays on longer and is not messy. Plus if I lose it I don't feel bad. I am terrible about makeup since I work outside most of the time. I end up sweating it off or rubbing it away.

I like Burt's Bee's lip shimmer. And it has peppermint in it ... smells so good and calming!
I have used lip liner as a lip stick. It does stay on longer

I like Sally Hansens lip plumper. Jane has tinted lip gloss now too. I bought 2 tubes and like if so far.
