I got the one piece American Standard Cadet 3 and have used it for over a month. It flushes with 1.24 gallons of water, has the sanitary seat which is antibacterial and easier to clean. It is not as heavy duty a seat as I would like, however it serves the purpose. I especially like having the tank and bottom as one piece. It is SO easy to clean! The lid to the tank is really tiny, and while it does not wobble it does not have a firmly identified spot to sit. This toilet is in the smallest bathroom ever designed for a house, and it is the smallest dimensions I could find. Its petite appearance keeps the bath from looking too crowded. I do not remember seeing "Antiquity" anywhere on the box, or in the literature I got. The flush handle on the one I got is polished chrome. I would have loved to get it in rustic bronze to match the sink faucet, sconce, and robe hookm and "antiquity" may have the bronzed option. At a later time I may get around to hunting down a bronzed flusher but right now, the chrome is okay by me. To put you in perspective you're somewhat north of North Dakota LOL..I lived in Calgary for many years where there were so few days one even needed a/c because it was so arid and really hot days so few. I don't think Regina is all that much different. A number of years ago, about 11 now, I came back east to the Windsor/Detroit area where it's extrememly muggy sometimes to help my elderly mom get some quotes on central air and we ran into the same thing, nobody did any detailed sizing. They just sort of sat at the kitchen table and said "you need this" Sears was the worst but I finally got the Carrier agent to pay attention a little. First off, mom didn't want her house freezing cold inside like some people do, old ladies don't like it like that. He quoted on a new then hi-efficiency furnace and an a/c that was 2.5 tons with a 2 ton coil or vice versa. The idea was that it would run longer thereby dehumidifying better without freezing her out. She's very happy with it's performance but we can't say the same about the Carrier furnace which has had numerous problems, replacement hi veolocity blowers etc. Fortunately mom swung for the 10 year extended warranty but last winter, the first since that warranty expired, that blower blew again and got noisy and it cost her $800. I'll never buy a Carrier product for myself.

To Balthus, I am on FemHRT since Feb 2001 and have got along very well. I have no periods since being on FemHRT. I am 48 years old. No children as well, two benign cysts (some of those that come and go) in one breast, the other has calcifications. Basically all HRT's are trial and error. What might work for me, might not for you. My nerves are better. My sex life is better. I don't sleep well though, haven't in ages. Still have hot sweats, but not really bad. You've accomplished a lot by quitting smoking, exercising, cutting out alcohol, lowering your cholesterol. I'm sorry you are having a hard time finding employment. I feel that a lot of your symptoms are due to menopause, but a lot are due to your situation. I'll be praying for you. I found prayer helps a lot of things. It has helped to save my marriage during the difficult time when I was on OrthoPrefest which about drove me crazy with nerves and constant bleeding. The FemHRT has been good. A lot of people say don't go on hormones, but I am on the low end of normal with my bone density and a specialist in the bone density area told me to go on HRT. So good luck. This is a good site. You can read how others have gotten along on certain medications and also know that you aren't alone in all the symptoms whether they've been through hard times with finances or not.

Beverly21 The island will have stools all around it - not really a work island - there will be a 10 in overhang with island cabinet under it. Maybe it is not called an island. So two counter ht. chairs on each side and one at each end. rosylady - too late walls are now down and can't afford to replace the 18th C Mohoghany but as an added not it is a rather plain 18thC - not real ornate. lavender_lass - very helpful suggestions. The cabinets are a rather light maple so I think they blend with brown wood in dining area. The island is already being made the same light maple - more whitish than golden maple. Maybe I should buy brown wood back stools??? what do you think? I went to a lighting store today and they suggested a chandelier over island similar to your second picture over table with antique brass and some crystals hanging - I think that may work and blend with shinier brass one over dining table. What do you think? The Caesarstone is not green or blue more neutral like an eggshell with little dots - I can also change that as hasn't been cut. Contractor suggested Ocean foam, eggshell, Quartz reflections or Nougat. Any suggestions? I really appreciate answers to my stress signals!
