Now you know how Metallica feel. It's a sad fact of the Internet age: people feel like everything they find is theirs. They download music. They scrape articles and put their names on them, take photos and use them in ads. They don't feel like they're doing anything wrong. The people who used your photo in the ad may honestly not understand they did anything wrong. If it honestly bothers you that they did this, contact them, tell them calmly that you're really uncomfortable with them using the photo to promote their business, and could they make another ad? That might be all it takes. And if they're jerks, all the threats in the world won't make them do anything. I'm not a lawyer, but I think from my work experience, and what's posted here, that your legal position would be murky. One thing you CAN do, as starpooh pointed out, that makes photos less appealing to scrapers, and makes them MUCH easier to identify, is watermarking. Watermark those suckers all over the place. They'll choose softer targets. Photographers and other artists who make their living selling images, but need people to see their work to buy it, have various ways of getting around the bad guys. Some won't let images on the 'net at all. Sad. In the end, I think we all have to accept that everything we put out there is being stolen in some way.

If you're serious about wanting to save the plants, here is what I'd do: Flush the planting VERY thoroughly, slowly pouring a volume of room temp water equal to at least 10X the volume of the pot through the soil. This will remove any excess dissolved solids from the soil. Tilt the pot at a 45* angle with a drain hole down until it stops draining. Depot the plant and set it on a stack of newspapers or old towels. This will pull all the excess (perched) water from the soil and provide oxygen needed for normal root function and metabolism. Keep the plant warm and in very bright light. Use a sharpened wood dowel stuck deep in the soil as a 'tell'. Do not water until the stick comes out clean and dry, and adopt that as your standard. Think about getting the plant into a soil you can water copiously enough to flush the soil regularly, this, w/o having to worry about the soil remaining soggy so long it affects root function/health, which is what occurred with your plant. The most appropriate time to undertake a repot, which includes bare-rooting, would be sometime between Father's Day and July 4th. That time frame can vary, depending on where you live, but there is nothing in your user info to help tailor advice based on geography. Fertilize after you're sure the plant is pushing new growth. A very good all-purpose fertilizer is Foliage-Pro 9-3-6. All fertilizers are not created equal, and you should try to avoid succumbing to the hype on fertilizer packaging. Here is a suggestion for the second floor: The master bedroom itself is a little smaller, but you still have the basics -- a place for a dresser and/or TV and room for a king bed with comfortable walkways all around. I added windows on a second wall of the master for better light and a cross breeze. This is something that is easy to add and will tip your hat a touch when it comes to appealing to buyers. The more rooms with windows on two sides, the better. Especially big-selling rooms like the master. I also removed the second master closet that you don't need, but the one that remains is now a bit larger and neatly separated into his and hers sides with no corners to contend with. My guess is this is still more than you need, but, again, nice master amenities make buyers happy, and you were concerned with resale. The master bath is also a bit larger, and the way it is laid out now will also feel roomier. Big shower and more counter space. You have a little laundry room upstairs now as well, plus an extra, generously-sized hall closet for linens, extra toilet paper, baby stuff, etc. Especially with bedroom #1's small closet and lots of kids planned, I'm sure you'll easily find a need for more closet space. You'll notice I also created a new closet for bedroom #3 so bedroom #2 could have double the closet space. You'd mentioned the possibility of two more children, so I thought it might be nice to plan ahead and make one of the bedrooms work for two kids. I am picturing having a pair twin beds lined under the sloped ceiling in bedroom #2 similar to this: I am going to work on the downstairs now. I'm going to try to make it a little smaller so you don't have to have low ceilings in so many places upstairs. Upstairs is clearly where you need the square footage and is driving the addition, so I think it makes sense to make part of the downstairs a covered porch or similar (whatever doesn't count against your gross square footage) or maybe part of the upstairs can overhang the downstairs a bit.

So u have a tandem... too... mine is 14 ft wide,entire length with my addition is 34 ft, my garage door is standard 9 ft wide by 7 ft high,your door seems wider which is why i thought you had a double car side by side.Gutter question is my shed front porch lines up with gable roof,so both gutters are interlocked or even with each other. You have a staircase which i dont. I want to ask u how your gutters work with flat roof,if i consider s flat roof,Im hopingjust gable comes off& ceiling inside can stay intact along with gutters, soffett vents, as they are.
