Semolina flour

Happy Holidays everyone!

I just scored a LARGE amount of semolina flour (50 lb to be exact) and am trying to figure out how to use it in addition to making pasta. I've found that I can use it in pizza dough. What about other breads? For example a sandwich bread? Whole wheat bread? Can I just sub some semolina for either ww or white flour?
