Advice...Reduced water pressure kitchen faucet and sprayer

User

Quick question for all you plumbing gurus...

I have a newer faucet (2 year old Showhouse Waterhill/sprayer). The water pressure in both the faucet and the sprayer is about half of what it was. Since it is the faucet AND sprayer, where would the problem be?

I don't recall turning off my water recently but there may have been a main break or something causing all the sediment to run in.

I had a plumber eyeball it when he was here for another reason but he said it looked fine to him. But it is markedly reduced compared to what I had before. I really miss the higher pressure water in the sprayer for rinsing the sink. It barely pushes anything down the drain.
