Bridal Shower

I am giving a bridal shower next week. The bride's future mother-in-law is also giving it with me as well. I would like some opinions on the menu. There will be around 20 to 25 people and it is at 1:00 pm on a Sunday.

Drinks - soda, wine, and punch with sherbert

Appetizers - pigs in blankets, brie baked in little muffin cups with pastry dough brie and topped with cranberries, and spinach dip in a carved loaf of bread.

Meal - Chicken salad served with pita pockets, deviled eggs,salad of spring mix with walnuts, goat cheese, etc.,2 quiches - one a spinach quiche and the other the traditional quiche lorraine, and swedish meatballs served in a chafing dish.

Dessert - home baked goods done by her bridesmaids

Do you think I should make the quiches in 2 9 inch pie shells or make 2 larger ones in 13 x 9 pans cut into smaller pieces? Should I make a jello mold as well or do I have enough food.

I am a little nervous about the lunch menu. Do I have enough?
