Glorious sunny, cold day today!
A couple of months ago Patti posted a recipe for orzo and asparagus cooked with parmesan, butter and cream mixed in. I made that tonite and had breaded pork chops and a sauteed onions, celery and red and green peppers. Very good!

We're still doing low carb. Mahi mahi with grilled asparagus is our dinner tonight.

I ended up pulling some spaghetti out of the freezer. Just had a toasted English muffin and a slice of cheese with it.

That picture really is appetizing. I may have a big mouth, but I think I'd have to cut that sandwich to get it in my mouth. lol

Biscuits and Gravy(used chicken sausage tonight), grits and scrambled eggs.

Pork chops on the menu here, too. Again, I marinated them in some ginger dressing, then spiced up the sauce for grilling. Nuked a couple of sweet potatoes and made a salad. We both love sweet potatoes, skins on, and with nothing added but some butter when ready to eat. So yummy.

I cut mine in half and could still only eat half of that! So DH had 2 and 3/4 sandwiches. LOL

you know how you make green bean casserole? well added crumbled lean ground beef...it was really good....sort of an one dish meal...
