Excellent, Konrad!! What kind of trees are those? That bird looks like a fighter bomber coming in for a landing on an aircraft carrier, and the clouds look like mountains.

Very beautiful!!

Knowing which plugs are hotter or colder than the ones you presently have in your engine is easy if you're content to stay with the same brand. Nearly all of the world's plug makers use a number-based code to designate heat range: foreign firms follow a system in which higher numbers mean colder plugs; American companies do just the opposite, assigning hotter plugs higher numbers. Unfortunately, there is no semblance of order beyond this point. One company, Champion, is in a state of nomenclature transition that makes its product line inordinately confusing. The American Rule applies at Champion, but in an odd way, spread across three series of heat ranges that encompass touring and racing spark plugs, old and new, with double-digit numbers assigned to some and single digits for others.

I grew Brandywine Yellow/PS this year. It didn't produce a single fruit until late September (was set out in the first week of May), but we had an unusually hot and dry summer. Perhaps they'll produce better in your greenhouse. We ended up with 7-8 tomatoes. My wife really liked them because they aren't particularly sweet. I'll grow them again sometime down the road (too many other varieties to try first!). I'll second the recommendation for Green Giant.

gmom74, that is one hardy rose bush, and, yes, the thorns are horrid, but the rose is so beautiful. I've talked to a lady in Canada who grows it, don't know how it does in warmer climates. I always coveted the Lady Banks rose, which is a beautiful yellow one that spreads all over the place, but it is not hardy in my zone, it is for your zone. I guess you could try and see. They couldn't look worse than mine look right now after we transplanted them and they suffered severe setback. They are starting to put out new leaves even on the one plant that looked like it was a total goner. They are a once-bloomer, so if you could find something similar for your zone that blooms for a longer period, I think you might be happier with it. And I learned when I asked questions about it that it is only one r, named after the Harison who found it, patented or propagated it originally.

These are perennials. This particular one is about sixteen years old. Roses are hard to move but I built a deck a few years ago and had to move all of my mini roses. Only two survived. This one and a pink one. About two weeks ago I moved the pink one and it is thriving better than before. I like the mini roses.

Well Konrad, telling you how great that picture was once wasn't enough. The more I look at it, the more impressed I am. If I ever got one that "right" I might have to retire from trying to shoot pictures.

Well thank you sooo much for your kindness!

>>What kind of trees are those
These are,...we call them poplar, you might call it aspen?

Actually, this one I had stashed away, was shooting at a pond in spring when ducks came in, have posted some others before, [next three pics].....some of you might remember.
