I watch. I am still stunned. My basketball teams have not been winning in the big tournament, and now they have killed Will. Not a good news time!

I do enjoy this show and will keep watching. I hope Josh Charles has much success but we will miss him.

We were stunned too, but I just assumed that he wants to try something else in his career. I later read that pretty much sums it up. He will be on David Letterman tonight.

I was completely stunned also. I hope the show can stay just as good without him.

I watch it every week and I was completely surprised by last night's ending. I wonder who will "replace" him?

George and I didn't see it coming either. We had to catch it On Demand. Saw brief announcement about The Good Wife on the Washington Post and quickly skipped over it till we got to watch it this morning.

WOW! We were both stunned and then agreed it must have been Josh Charles' decision. Later reading the articles it turns out it was indeed his decision.

Good luck to him. Liked him ever since I saw Dead Poets Society and absolutely adored him TGW.

I surely hope it does NOT mean we are gonna see more of Michael J Fox. He was in the previews and I just cannot stomach him. If he becomes a frequent guest again (or a regular) I will give it up even though I like the show.

I dislike MJ Fox too, but we are supposed to dislike him. I would like to see Alicia's son in something more serious than a girlfriend who is taking advantage of him. I assume the kids playing her children are in college now or late high school and trying to finish their degrees or diplomas around acting.

I am truly sorry MJ Fox is so disabled and admire him for his courage in the face of the illness, but I don't enjoy watching him either. The L.A. Times had an interesting article this morning: "Good Wife wounds itself" is the title. The link below might work:

When we heard the shots, then saw the feet, one with no shoe, I said "well, we know it's not Will, they don't kill off main characters".
I was totally stunned, and when they cried, I cried.

I saw it only last night (my DVR can't tell that "Amazing Race" is running into "TGW" time.)

2 CBS shows, 2 "I can't believe it" reactions from me...
First "Person of Interest," now this.
Well, you can't say there isn't any drama on TV nowadays!
(I have to admit it, tho -- I wish Kalinda was the one instead. I loved the sparks of the "what ifs" between Alicia and Will.)

PS: How does just 1 shoe come off a victim? Even if the other lawyer pulled him out of the way, wouldn't both come off?

It was hard to go to sleep that night. What a shocker, and it's just a tv show!

I knew something was up when Alicia kept having flashbacks of Will but agreed, it was quite shocking to lose him.

I was sorry to see Will die, but I agree with the show writers when they said they never saw Alicia and Will "together" in the end. His contract was up and going to jail or moving away wouldn't have been very exciting for the character. What do you think will happen next? I am hoping Alicia and Cary rejoin Lockhart/Gardner. I like these people on the same side of the courtroom.
