to0 much oil= it sticks??

I like the Krusteaz box of brownie mix that Sam's Club has. However, I have had a sticking problem each time I bake a batch ... I can't cut the brownies in a nice piece as it all sticks horrbly to the pan bottom! No matter if I use Pam spray, brush cooking oil over the pan inside, if I use a non-stick coated pan, regular metal pan or glass pan.. it always sticks! When I called Krusteaz I was told that 'too much oil in a pan's insides will cause it to stick'! Has anyone heard of this? Any ideas as to what I'm doing/not doing wrong & what might your solution be?

I don't have that problem with other recipes sticking like this.

I'd really appreciate any ideas as I luv those brownies ... or rather the chopped up pieces!
