Thanks for the comment Jeanne. This is his second year and I plan to hard prune my Jack after his bloom flush and hope for maybe another flush of blooms later in the season. Do you think thats wise or should I let him go? Right now he's in a very large pot put I plan to transplant him in the fall to an area I'm planning and designing now. I will probably move the pot when I prune him after this flush due to the extreme heat that my front porch receives in July. Sandy

Thanks everyone! I agree, they're pretty happy :) Lynn, Charlotte is the guinea pig, lol. ttodd, they've shared a room forever. We have the two older boys in one room, little guys in the other. Our house is only three bedroom. But, they'd all share even if we had 4, or 5. They're all very close with their siblings that they share with, and would be lost without each other. It sucks when one of the older boys go on a sleepover at a friend's house. Because the other can't sleep alone, lol. I love when I put everyone to bed at night, then sneak back to the doors and listen in for a few mins. I love hearing the chit chat that goes on. :) We looked at an older, historical home before we bought this one. It had 6 bedrooms. It was funny listening to them go through the house, and claiming the rooms. Together! Nobody even thought about or, asked to have their "own room".

Hi Deb I just happened to log on here at lunch and saw your post. I'm more of a lurker. Just Saturday though I found this really cool website called Dali Decals. I'm not affiliated at all. Anyhow I just send for some color samples for our guestroom and I do believe I saw that they do something like what you mentioned. Might be good to take a look. I've been looking for some kind of artwork to no avail and now think we will go this route with the decal. Check it out. They have some really cool things.

Brad, I don't know about performance on that one, it's just the plainest of the blooms, and since some will have to go because of room, it's on the chopping block. Celeste, I went out and looked last night - yes, #20 is a sibling to #16 - Thistles and Thorns x Jellyroll Morton. I don't have the original tag in the ground by that one, but there is a group of 5 beefy seedlings, most with tags for T&T x JM. #16, #18, #20, #21 and #23. I'll have to try to get a picture of #23 off my camera... and I'll add it as a comment on this thread when I do (hopefully tomorrow night).
