I'm sorry Kath, I've been sick since last Wednesday, today I finally am able to get up and move around a bit I think it's going to be another few days before I'm on my feet enough to do exercises again. I'll rejoin as soon as I quit hacking up a lung ;o).

Went to a doctor's appointment and walked up 3 floors. I'll try to go around the block later.

I'm adding steam cleaning the livingroom twice and hallway. My back is now hurting. That thing is so heavy and I'm sweating again. I didn't snap the dirty water lid down right so when I went to empty it there was nothing in it. Had to go back and redo the whole thing.
