taking a day off from my mile walk - no I don't feel guilty about it lol

I did the Billy Blanks Bootcamp tape on Tuesday. That hurt for two days straight. I may do it again tomorrow if I'm up to it. My 8 yo is sick today with some sort of vomit virus. I'm tired fom getting up early with him.

Well, my friend and I walked 5 miles again today. Around
and around the mall. We were able to walk every day this
week except Monday.

We feel it is so important to be moving around as much
as we can. She is trying to fight off being a diabetic.

Yepster, water and instructor were great!

I think I should count my trek around walmart as some exercise

Camping, but I made bunches of trips back and forth from house to rv loading things up...with a bum hip I think that counts as mine for the day too ;0)

I'm trying to get back in the habit ... this is the 3rd day this week I've gone 1-1/2 miles on the treadmill.
