Turkey Breast - brine and rub?

Anyone have a T&T method/recipe for a brine and rub for turkey breast? And I'm a little confused about how long to brine just a breast - some say 12 hours or overnight, others say as little as 3 hours. I was thinking about using Kosher salt, brown sugar, cracked pepper, fresh chopped rosemary - and anything else?

Thanks for your help. This is what happens when you watch cooking shows on a Sunday morning....
