Cooking a Turkey Breast for Christmas

suzieque

It's just going to be 2 of us here for Christmas, so I decided to get just a turkey breast. I don't know if I should cook it in a bag, brine it, just put it in a pan and bake it, or what. I'd like to try brining it, but the only time I've ever brined anything (chicken) it was very, very salty. That recipe called for pickling spices.

Any thoughts about how to best prepare a turkey breast? I think it's got the bone in it.

Thanks!
