TG Dinner on Friday - Question

This is one of the weirder Thanksgiving weeks in my life. As a result, I didn't really get to thinking through the how-to aspects of dinner until today.

I did all the shopping last weekend. DH had surgery yesterday morning, and we got home late in the afternoon. Given that his food intake yesterday consisted of half a cup of soup and 2 Ritz crackers, I have decided to wait to make TG dinner tomorrow. However, I have questions.

The menu that DH had requested was as follows:

Spiral-sliced ham (which will morph into split-pea soup over the weekend)

Corn pudding (very similar to the Memphis corn pudding posted in other threads - bakes in a 9x13 at 350-ish for 45 minutes)

Roasted cabbage

Roasted carrots (both of these roasted with just a litt olive oil, salt, and pepper).

PW's roasted potatoes with roasted garlic. According to this recipe, it takes about 45 minutes in the oven.

So, even after I get my ham out of the oven, I have 4 things to cook and only 1 oven! It is convection, and I can get 3 of those things in at once but not 4.

Help!

On a similar note, I will be making rolls. But, I don't want to make them tomorrow. I would be willing to bake them in the morning, though. Can I make them up to shaping and then stuff them either in the fridge or freezer until the morning?

Thanks for any and all help.
