Thank you, ssommerville, NancyLouise and cynic! NancyLouise, the movie was very fun and I can't for it to be released on DVD. The trailer for the movie I posted, isn't the best acted or highly recommended film of all time, but I love the music and it never fails to entertain me :-). My favorite characters from the new Oz movie were The Wicked Witches, especially Theodora (Wicked Witch Of The West). Cynic, I bought the Director's Cut of Little Shop Of Horrors a month or so ago and I love how true to the musical it is. Our day yesterday was a lot of fun and the food at Red Lobster was fantastic as always :-). Dad and I didn't have room for dessert, but we enjoyed it very much. I haven't been cooking anything special lately or used my new skillets yet, but, I was texting my one best friend and former high school classmate yesterday and she and I made plans for a picnic sometime soon. We have to work out the details (like what food we want to make, if we just want it for us or to bring a few friends along), but we know we want to make some sangria at least lol. I think she'll like the idea of inviting a few people along, but, like I said, she and I have to work on it. Thank you again, everyone, and Happy Easter. Brad AKA Moonwolf

Thanks you all. After wishes are just as appreciated. Smiles. It was a good day and it's been a good weekend so far. We still have tomorrow. The canning has gone pretty good, but it sure is hard with two old ladies with bad backs one of which uses a cane, to haul all that hot water and such and schlep the stuff around the kitchen, clean all the jars from basement,. etc.. etc.. lol. Did a few dills and some tomatoes. Meanwhile dragging the canning stuff from the pantry closet[which is an under the stairs kind of deal so it goes far back but gets shallow] caused me to have to clean and rearrange that. I've just about killed Christy. She may never take another day off. LOL. Omg. Lars.. you made me laugh so hard. I read your post to Christy and she said.. "Jerseylicious..you... NOT..", then she proceeded to kill herself laughing. ..lmao.. omg.. good one. Don't have the accent. My hair is long and I've only had it cut professionally once in my adult life and that was a trim. I cut it myself. No hair products, except shampoo. Some eye liner and mascara sometimes. No animal prints..ever..lol.. I wear long cotton tshirt dresses or long tshirts and shorts/pants. Sorry if this disappoints.. smiles. Btw, around here we call that part of NJ.. New York New Jersey.

I'm back now, to my "real" computer and can actually type on it. I don't know how those of you with smart phones do it. Anyway, I had a great birthday weekend up in Tahlequah, OK, working on our house. We're making slow but sure progress with the kitchen. On Saturday I went Farmers marketing, first to the one in Tahlequah, then to the one in Siloam Springs, Ark., where my sister sells knitted items and cookies, among other small baked goods. When she closed up shop, we had a fast food lunch, then headed to her friend's farm, where I got to hold a two-week old pygmy goat. Cute doesn't even begin to describe a two-week old pygmy goat! I had a blast, I'm tired, but it feels good to get work done and have some play time, also. Oh, since the kitchen was torn up, for my B-day dinner we had hot dogs, sauerkraut, and, believe it or not, DH opened up a bottle of Beaujolais, since he felt it was a celebratory time. It was a fun dinner, but I don't recommend wine with hot dogs and sauerkraut! lol! Sally
