Just bought an individual muffin type angel food cake pan....having a horrible time removing the cakes.....
First batch yesterday was a disaster....too brown..too dry...to tore up after removing. Second batch some better, cakes removal still was not good....cakes not the way I want. This is a nice heavy pan...Norpro...wasn't cheap.

This morning I watched very carefuly...better yet...cut time back.....but still hard to get out! I do not have problems with the large tube pans. Anyone bake in these cute little pans? You see the individual angel food cakes in the bakeries and have for years. Have checked oven temp and it is okay. I think my concern is getting the little cakes out of the pans and they still will look good. Your thoughts. Thanks......Shirl

PS... At same time ordered a mini swirl bundt pan....it works beautiful....just have to cut back the suggested bake time.
