changing tastes

Chris (my most dearest husband, and actually my only one :) and I talk often about how our tastes have changed over the years. Things we didn't like previously we may like now, or vise-versa.

Some of it's age related or exposure related (probably both), but regardless, it is what it is.

I notice I like stronger flavors (especially in breads and cheeses) than I used to. He likes peas, now, and cabbage, but really still dislikes lima beans (texture).

I have eaten sushi over and over don't care for it (dh loves it). It's the nori. I just don't like it and have a feeling I never will.

I used to love pizza, but when I was pregnant for the first time (23 years ago), it made me sick and I haven't really liked it too much since.

I'm curious about the foods people develop a taste for (or a dislike for) over the years.
