best interior latex trim - BM/SW/Muralo/Porter

Well, thank you all for helping me choose latex for my very dark (SW Turkish Coffee) high gloss trim.

Most of my high end estimates still think I should use oil, but, I'm sold on latex due to the opinions here.

Now my new question is....which will give me the smoothest, most like oil, super shiny look?

I read Muralo here was good, one estimator said BM Impervo is almost like oil, SW dealer says to use All Surface Enamel, and another estimator said Porter Advantage 900 is as smooth as oil, showing hardly any brush strokes.

I think I'm going to go with brushing the crown and base molding and spraying the trim - since the doors are smooth, not with graining.

I'm just afraid to have the painter's spray all the molding and crown in a finished house. But I like the smoothness of the glass-shine look.

Lastly - proper approach - they all say 3 coats with this dark color. Should I ask them to do a tinted primer and then two coats of the color or just 3 coats of the dark color?

Thanks!

S
