It's official - WW Year 3

Maintaining my weight has been a huge challenge over the years. When I returned home to Canada in 2005 I was at my heaviest weight of 167 pounds (I'm 5'3", med frame). Too much - my hips were grinding and my back spasmed when I gardened. That winter I returned to WW with the mindset to do the best I could and then maintain for the summer/fall. I did the same the following year. This year is my 'home stretch' year. I've gone 5 pounds over my last loss and now I'm starting at 143 pounds. If I can break 130 I will be one happy camper. It's those last 10-15 pounds I find the hardest. I've returned to the diet forum and have my best friend doing the same - we're WW buddies now. So here I go. I'm no angel - still have bad days but hopefully if I can get back into a really 'healthy' weight range for my size there will be no stopping me in my garden this summer.

Wish me luck - here I go!
