I don't know if this color meets all your criteria--I don't have your eye to see all the undertones of a paint. All I know is that I was driving through a small town in Alabama recently and there was a large old house, the kind with a wraparound porch and hanging ferns, painted the most beautiful shade of green. I was moved to stop and ask them the paint color(and I don't even like green that much). The house had been converted into a store that sold healing herbal potions and things and I thought the color was a perfect visual representation of their business, set off by crisp white trim. Anyway, the color is called Garden of Paradise by Valspar. They told me the previous day a wedding party had stopped and asked to take pictures in front of the house, because it was just that picturesque. I can only imagine those were some gorgeous wedding photos. I could only find one picture of the color online, that someone had used in their bedroom, and it was here at Garden Web. I think darker blues like a navy or blueberry would be smashing with coastal plain and white. My own house is a sage-y green (Glidden High Tea) with Bleached Wheat (yellowish cream) trim and a medium-dark red door/mailbox/numbers -- can't remember the name of the red. I could see an avocado ish green working also although maybe not with high contrast white trim. I'd just stay away from any orangish or coppery or deep yellow tones. Make sure the red (if you choose red) has a blue-ish undertone.

I wouldn't bother w/foam boards. she's painting, regardless, and she's going to have to prime that green. it's easier to grab a few samples and paint it on the stucco then walking around w/a board propped up against the house . get a gray primer for your samples. After you decide on your gray color, take your gray primer back and have them tint it a shade or two lighter than the color you want. you'll use less paint have a better finish. make sure they use paint suitable for stucco. if you think you want a lighter color, get a white primer to cover a portion of that green and paint on your light sample. if you just paint over that green, you'll get a false sense of what the color really looks like.

Too minty and if you want a more modern feel no shutters and for sure not bermuda ones .I think the wood needs to be painted or the house needs to be darker. I think maybe think cottage and go with Beverly idea with the white shutters and window boxes and some good landscaping instead of trying to make the house something it is not.
