I think the pricing on the FE5004 air handler is fair but I question $400 duct modification without knowing more details. Ductwork modifications are really cheap unless there is a great deal of labor involved. I would not even consider the FE4003 system but might the FE4005 if it saved you a little change.Of course it will cost you a little more to operate than the two systems I recommended.
