Breakfast pizza

Cloud Swift

When I came out to the kitchen this morning, I found that the kids had used only half the pizza dough they made last night. Not wanting it to go to waste, I decided to convert it to breakfast -

Oven at 500 degrees F

Pizza crust

Sprinkled with cinnamon

Spread with yogurt cheese (cream cheese would work too but my yogurt cheese was made with non-fat yogurt)

Toss on raspberries, dried cranberries, raisins

Sprinkle with brown sugar and more cinnamon

Bake 10 to 15 minutes

Some of the dried cranberries and raisins burned - next time I would put them under the cheese or add for only the last 5 minutes of cooking. Or would it help to presoak them in something for more moisture. Or make the dough into a calzone to totally protect the dried fruit.
