This is a very quick and easy Betty Crocker recipe that is passable. Use pork instead of chicken and shred your cabbage instead of using the bagged slaw.
1 Tbs sesame oil
1/2 lb uncooked chicken breast (cut into strips)
2 Tbs grated ginger root
3 Tbs dry white wine or apple juice
1 Tsp Sugar
3 cups Coleslaw mix (w/out dressing!!!)
8 Egg roll wrappers (or flour tortillas)
Plum Sauce
Directions
1) In 10" skillet heat oil over med-high heat. Cook chicken in oil 8-10 mins, stirring occasionally until no longer pin in center. Stir in Hoisin sauce, ginger root, wine or apple juice, sugar, and cabbage mix. Cook 4-6 minutes, stirring constantly, until cabbage is crisp tender
3) Warm egg roll wrappers. Place chicken mixture down center of each wrapper; add plum sauce, roll around filling.
