Option 1

What are the overall dimensions of each of the lights? If they would both fit the space equally well, it comes down to which compliments your other elements best. #1 definitely feels more traditional, even old-fashioned, with the curved lines and flared glass. #2 seems more transitional to me. Its straight bar could lean to a more contemporary style, if that is what you're after.

The style of the house is traditional, not contemporary in any way. These lights will fit the space available well. While I am not after the contemporary look, I do not want them to look outdated, because this is the reason I am updating the bathroom

I prefer #2, as well. It's classic enough to not look trendy. The other looks inexpensive by comparison, to me. But if it matches your faucets and other pieces better, it probably would be fine, too.

I think Option 2 looks more updated, not trendy, but more in sync with current bathroom styles.

This is great to have different opinions. Thank you so very much. So, option 1 is off the table.

Oops, sorry. I fixed it. I'll look for directions to do it from the web and link when I find it. I've memorized it, but when you try to write it out and give all the symbols, then it appears like you are trying to post a pic (inside the directions) and it gets all goofed up. Someone figured out how to write it out, tho and I'll look for the directions. (edited to add link). Scroll down to Graywings' post - I use those directions. Seems confusing until you try it a few times. Print out the directions and experiment. There is a test thread, I think on the member pages where you can try it out.

Oh, I think I still like #2 but #4 is very nice, too. I find I am not fond of flared glass - but it's just my bias.

What do your faucets look like? It all depends what everything else looks like. Otherwise you're just getting personal preferences which have nothing to do with your own home.

the faucets are plain nikel. And I am still looking for two mirrors for the vanities.

I meant the shape and style, so they complement each other.

Thank you to everybody who responded, and, yes, I am looking for personal preference.

It would be helpful if you could post a picture of your vanity showing the faucet. Each of the styles that you are considering are similar enough that I don't think you'll make a wrong choice.

One thing I would point out though is that if you are just swapping out vanity lights, without moving the electrical box, you should take a look at where the lights are in relation to the box. The lights in option #4 are quite a bit lower than the others. That may or may not be an issue depending on the height of your electrical box over your vanity.

If you're seeking personal preferences... Option #4 is my favorite and Option #2 is my second choice.
