Keeping Outdoor Cushions Looking New
Comments (11)We use to live in Northern Nevada where the sun was very intense. When we moved to Southern Oregon, and put the chairs on our new covered porch, I saw how faded out the cushions were and the fabric was disintigrating. We were just going to buy new cushions for them until we saw the price. OUCH!! I make slip-on covers for our throw pillows on the couch, so I made some BIG slip-ons for the lawn chairs. Since the foam was still in good condition, all I had to buy was the material, which cost about $30 for all four chairs. I also sprayed them with scotch guard. I like the material that I picked out better than the limited patterns you have in the lawn department. Hope this helps...See MoreNeed to match dining chairs - got any ideas? See Pics
Comments (18)My dining room table seats 10 and can fit 12 in a pinch. When not in use, there are 8 chairs around it. Knowing I'd squeeze 12 people in there on occasion, I got 12 matching chairs (windsor chairs with wide backs). I'd be much happier if I had gotten a bench or something with a much smaller back for the extra chairs. The backs of the chairs are practically locked together when I have a full house. Really, I wish I had just gotten a couple of saddle chairs (no back at all). This would work especially well for me, since at least a few of my guests are usually children. Anyway, this is a long winded way of seconding the parsons chair idea or bench idea!...See MoreHusqvarna Z4824 Blade Deck Level Keeps Slipping
Comments (6)You are correct. I've messed around with the pedal trying to get it to lock in place/engage better. Every angle I try, it pops back down gears within 10 feet of movement. There IS a spring behind it. Part 14. Perhaps it needs tension? I was thinking that part 9 (the whole pedal) needs to be replaced. It seems to be the linchpin of the system, but it all looks pretty complicated to me. https://www.partstree.com/parts/husqvarna/mowers-zero-turn-lawn-mower/z-4824-968999512-husqvarna-zero-turn-mower-2007-04/mower-lift-deck-lift/...See MoreDecorating Ideas for Chairs and Area rug, please!!
Comments (26)Sorry found chair on Pinterest and turns out blog is 6 years old. I searched Lee Industries for the chair, but must be discontinued. Here are others from their site. At least you may have a feel for what you want and can shop around. Leather is also a good choice with a dog...See Moreannzgw
