Help with Bread Machine Recipes

Hi Everyone!

I just a bought my first bread machine at a garage sale that is in perfect shape and makes great bread. My problem is that it is an older model that makes 1 lb. loaves, whereas some of the recipes I am dying to try are for 1 1/2 or 2 lb. loaves.

I assume that I would just half the ingriedient measurements for a 2 lb. loaf, but what would you suggest as the ratio for recipes for 1 1/2 lb. loaves.

I'm thinking that if a recipe calls for 1 cup, that I should use 3/4 cup. Is there a standard rule of thumb?
