Barnmom, I found this products at Whole Foods, my local grocery store, and also our local natural foods store. It was located either in the soy sauce section or in the natural foods section, right next to Bragg Aminos. It's a liquid amino product, very similar to Bragg Liquid Aminos. FWIW I noodled around the manual a bit more and I found that 'stain removal' might make me happy. It sends in cold water (profile wash! not that I need it, but still) and heats the water to 'the selected cycle's temperature'. Adds about 20 minutes to a load. That'll make me happy, if I end up wanting more time.
