Heart to heart talk

I don't eat much red meat simply because I don't like it all that much. As a result, my family doesn't eat it much either. I make a lot of chicken, and pasta for them, and occasionally, some fish. Judging from the WFD threads, some of you eat A LOT of steak, sausage and eggs. You all must have great genes! So, what is a healthy balance? I'm thinking red meat maybe once a week? I am also not ignoring the high fat in cheese and cream sauces, but not seeing as many pictures of these items in the WFD thread (perhaps with the exception of pizza)

How often does your menu include something that might cause a cardiologist to shake his (or her) head?
