Storing Fresh Baked Artisan Bread

I'm starting to make several differnt doughs tomorrow. I got the Artesan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day book and I will also make a small batch of the Julia Child recipe that Ann T uses.

My goal would be to make a small loaf everyday. If I were to make a larger baguette, what is the best way to store it?

Ann, I see you make multiple baguettes at one time. How do you store yours?
