That summer torte recipe . . .

I get daily e-mails from King Arthur (the flour company, not the actual king), and there's usually a recipe along with the ads. Today's recipe looked very familiar, and when I compared it with the Marian Burros one we've all been making, it turns out to be identical, except for an optional teaspoon of flavoring ingredient that KA sells. I was disappointed not to see credit given for "inspiration" at least.

Apparently someone is reading here and taking note of what's popular. So we should be very careful to use our power only for good. ;o)
