Very nice photos. You look very cute. Is that a Girl Scout uniform ?

And look how mature your looking with your crossed legs. Nice looking PaPa you have.

Love your grandparent's outfits. Your Dad is quite the looker!
What a cutie you were - can't forget those wide lapels from the 70's! lol

Wonderful photos! What a treasure to have such great photos of your Grandpa, Grandma, and Dad...and of course, yourself!

My family has always been so disjointed, disfunctional, displaced, unknown, and scattered. I have only one photo of my Great Grandmother, a couple of my Grandmother as a young woman, and none, nada, from my father's side.

I love looking at other folks' ancestors and sharing the history. Thanks so much for sharing.

(In 1971 I was a teenager. I have photos of myself wearing long-pointed collars like yours!)

Papa was my grandpa on my moms side not my dad, but we were really close. They were/are Papa and Nanny.

There was a 20 year age difference between my two sets of grandparents. They were very different. I love looking at pictures of them.

I'm sure my mom had me pose like that. I don't remember thee dress but the tie and buckle were around for years. It was green plastic and the tie was green, blue and white stripes. No it wasn't a Girl Scout uniform, it had a really short skirt. Come to think of it. I also had white patent go-go boots at that time too. Ahhhh the (early) 70's

Your papa looks like a movie star. Great pictures!

I am sure I had a suit just like the one you are wearing!!! Skirt and vest with a necktie. I was born in 1966 so we're almost the same age. I must see if I can find a pic of it.

Found the pic, my grade 2 class photo. Around 1972. That's me in the middle, a very similar suit that you were wearing. It was pale blue and I loved it!

Grandparents almost reminds me of a campaign picture! I like the hands in the pocket and tie out look! :) And boy, Gramma is showing quite a bit of leg there, isn't she??? And the cutie on the bottom looks like she's ready to take a microphone and hop on a piano!

Love the pictures, glad you posted them.

Casey - That's the SAME shirt! Look at those collars. How funny. I remember loving that tie and buckle.

Cynic - My grandpa always looked like that, and his hats were always off to the side that way.
Also, my mom was a Sweet Adaline singer so by that time I was already singing all over the house. I used to take a carrot into the living room (that room) and sing and bite the carrot and then sing and bite the carrot. "When my sugar walks down the street, all the little birdies go tweet tweet tweet..." So you were not far off.

Glad you guys like the photos, I'll have to find some more.

Cute pics! LOL Papa looked like a "Player" !!!! lol

here's me when I was two! (or there abouts) not the second grade! lol

Great pictures!!! Awwwwww, weren't you just a little cutie?

I so wish I had more pictures of my grandparents.

Thanks for sharing these. :)
