Two questions: Kale and brisket

I am coming to the experts for insight.

I have never cooked kale and at the market yesterday they had a 2.5# bag on sale so I grabbed it. Now what? Saute it like spinach?

I also found a steal on beef brisket so I bought two. My go to recipe is the New England stlye, simmered until tender in stock with lots of onion and leek, parsley, a carrot and serve with boiled potato and horseradish cream sauce. ANy other recipes you can share? Years ago I had one that was roasted and I swear there were prunes on top but I can't find a recipe.
