Powdered sugar question...

The powdered sugar here doesn't have added corn starch so I usually have to put it through my food processor to get rid of all the lumps. Sometimes it ends up "relumping", anyway. Anybody have any idea how much cornstarch I could add to a 250 g box to keep it like it is in the States?
