I baked Sol's 'Dirt Bombs' tonight......

One word....YUM!

I have never had anything made with Cardamon. It adds a wonderful, wonderful flavor. After seeing the price of it in the spice aisle at the grocery store, I almost bypassed it and tried them without the Cardamon! But hubby convinced me that I should try it and I am SO glad that he did. They would not have been the same without it.

I made them in my mini-muffin pan (and had enough leftover to make three regular sized muffins).

To those that don't know what recipe I am talking about, see the link listed in cotehele's thread about "Baked Goods".

OK.... what other recipes can I try to use up all this Cardamon?? I know for sure that most of it will go to multiple recipes of the "Dirt Bombs" (hubby's family reunion this weekend and a big family BBQ for my family the following weekend)......
