Bathroom faucets with period finish

Hello all,

What kind of faucets did you buy for your old house? I'm in the market for a bathroom faucet for our place which is ca. 1886. Existing faucets elsewhere appear to be either brass or bronze - whatever they are, they're dark gold in color and nicely aged with some greenish corrosion. I'd like to do something equally period-appropriate in the bathroom, and since the vanity is a retrofitted commode with brass-ish hardware, brass seems like the way to go. But do any faucet manufacturers make a nice antique looking brass finish, something in between the overly bright lacquered brass that you see everywhere and the "oil-rubbed bronze" that is basically dark brown? The closest I've found is Sign of the Crab/Strom Plumbing which offers an uncoated brass finish, which would presumably age in a realistic way, over time... any others? Thanks.
