for wholewheat flour?

I usually mill my own flour and use it fresh. I have a cookie recipe that calls for 1 1/4 cup wholemeal plain flour. (it's an Australian recipe hence the "funny" terminology)

Just the thought of all the hassle involved in milling 1 1/4 cups of wheat, well actually the cleaning up, makes me want to sub plain old AP flour. Can I?

And this isn't really a "healthy recipe either. The cookie topping is homemade marshmallows :)
