Annie-- your oven cooked spagehetti sauce for canning ?

I usually freezer my spaghetti sauce but no room already in the freezers & DD called today-- is bringing me a bushel

of mixed roma/paste tomatoes & reg tomatoes--so I guess I'm going to have to can my sauces this year ( & use the lemon juice )-- have a pressure canner DH just bought for

Camp-- anyway seems so I remember a post of your's saying you do the "cooking down " in the oven when you do sauce--- sounds much better then watching it for scorching stove top.

Would you share just how do you do it?
