Seems like more and more of us are juicing or blending these days. I'd like to talk about favorite concoctions, either by flavor or health benefit.
I use a NutriBullet, so everything that I put into the blender goes into my body. I'm sitting here right now sipping on :
Cup of baby spinach
Cup of kale
One small cored (not peeled) apple
One banana (frozen)
Some fresh pineapple
Handful of frozen berries
Sliver of lemon, including peel
Tsp. Chia seeds
Unsweetened almond milk as the liquid
